SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. We ship via US Postal Mail with tracked delivery within the US. Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
We are not held responsible for lost or stolen mail. Please contact your local post office if you have been notified of the delivery and have not received your item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. Attach an image and order number so we can resolve the issue ASAP at xanthovia@gmail.com
Due to the nature of this being a small, handcrafted business, all sales are final. However, if there is breakage due to a design flaw or in transit, we will replace it with another item from the same collection or an agreed-upon product in the same category within 2 weeks of your purchase date.
